We maintain a fully stocked lab that we use to evaluate new technologies, train our team members, apply hypothetical and real customer use cases and develop procedures and practices for how to integrate these new technologies into existing customer businesses and technology frameworks.

Within each grouping IDX has a demonstrated track record in solution/technology procurement, strategic infrastructure planning, technology evaluation, infrastructure architecture, network architecture, developing reference architecture, solution design, product and solution installation, technology integration, managed infrastructure services, operations support, project management and quality assurance.
As we establish and develop vendor partnerships we make major investments to certify our team within all areas of our business to ensure that we have establish high levels of competencies with technologies, the vendors themselves and the application of the technologies to solve real business and customer challenges.
